Vital Voyage LLC is a MassHealth-enrolled transportation provider. MassHealth members may request transportation through their MassHealth broker or, if enrolled in an HCBS waiver, may ask their Service Coordinator or Case Manager to select Vital Voyage LLC as their provider.
